Hexleon Digital is a premium web development agency providing modern, performant, and high-converting digital solutions for international clients, with a focus on the tourism and tech industries.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are an authorized representative of a legal entity, and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
3. Service Engagement
Project engagements begin after an initial consultation and formal confirmation of project scope. Work commences upon receipt of an initial deposit or as otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely. Orders are confirmed upon successful completion of payment through our designated methods (including Direct Bank Transfer, Wise, and Payoneer).
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the client owns the final website content and assets specific to their project. Hexleon Digital retains rights to underlying source code, proprietary frameworks, and reusable design patterns used in the development process.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, clients must provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may impact delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hexleon Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen technical circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
