Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services provided by Hexleon Digital, including but not limited to website design, web development, digital products, and UI/UX solutions.

2. Order Confirmation

Payments processed through our authorized methods (including Direct Bank Transfer, Wise, and Payoneer) are confirmed once the transaction is successfully completed. A project is considered "Confirmed" upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Commencement: If a cancellation is requested before work has started, a full refund will be issued (minus any administrative or transaction fees).
  • After Project Commencement: Once development or design work has begun, refund requests will be evaluated based on the work already completed. A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Hexleon Digital.
  • Non-Cancelable: Custom digital assets, completed projects, and services already rendered are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to meet@hexleondigital.com within 7 days of the initial payment. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

5. No-Refund Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after significant project milestones have been reached.
  • Delays in project delivery caused by the client's failure to provide content or feedback.
  • Promotional, discounted, or highly customized expedited packages.
